Join us every Thursday from 10:00–11:00 AM at Mind Your Body Studio for a refreshing Tai Chi Qigong class designed to restore calm, balance, and energy.

This gentle practice blends movement, meditation, and breathwork to quiet the mind and relax the body. Movements are done standing, but chairs are provided for anyone who prefers or needs to practice seated.
